1.Q: What’s your process of quality control?

A: We have strict quality control during every production step. Especially, we invested heavily in the mold development, adopt state-of-the-art technology, to improve the mold be most precised. Which ensure our quality keep utmost good. It’s our policy to 100% inspect all products that leave our facility, we can guarantee with absolute certainty that the product is functionally 100% accurate before it leaves our facility.

2.Q: How many employees are dedicated to QC?

A: We currently have 5 dedicated QC and 1 QC manager on board at all times. Every single of them is subject to rigorous quality control focuses training.

3.Q: Do you have a guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we guarantee our quality for one year.

4.Q: What’s the solution for customer complain.

A: According to KINKONG’s customer feedback and analysis, the most common problems customers face are:

1.Quantity or product type received did not match with quantity or type ordered.

2.Customer's production process resulted in connector defects.

3.Customer placed the wrong order or products.

In order to minimize the risks of the above 3 situations occurring, please review the drawings with specification carefully, and reconfirm the buying samples before placing order. Please be advised that the aforementioned situations, 2 and 3 are beyond control of KINKONG; therefore, KINKONG will not be responsible for the replacement or refund of the orders resulting from these two situations.

In the case of situation 1~

1.Please contact KINKONG immediately and send back the picture of defective products. (KINKONG will not be responsible for product replacement if feedback/complain is later than 3 months after shipping date.)

2.Please return the defective samples when the defective situation is unknown.

3.We will look into the source of the problem(s).

4.For mistakes caused by our QC, KINKONG will pay the freight charge(s), and submit the necessary quantities, free of charge, for defective/insufficient products.
